Shipping in the continental US

We ship USPS First Class for a flat rate of $10.  Orders over $99 ship free.

For all other orders, the following flat rate shipping schedule will apply:
Two Day: $28
Next Day: $38

International Shipping

Canada: $45 ground shipping

Ship to Store

In-store and curbside pick up are available for free. Please choose the ship to store location at check out.  For curbside pick up, call 704-817-7009 for Southpark, 980-309-0526 for South End, and 704-840-3079 for Blakeney and we will run your order out. Orders will ship to stores from our warehouse for pick up and will take 48-72 hours to be ready for pick up.

Order Processing

Your order will be fulfilled or shipped the next business day, unless that day is a Holiday. Orders placed Saturday and Sunday will be fulfilled or shipped on Monday. Once your order has shipped or is ready for pick up, you will receive a notification email and shipment tracking information. PLEASE NOTE for in-store and curbside pick up, your order is not ready until you receive the notification email (not the order confirmation email). Boem is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. We offer package insurance through Route that you may add at check out to protect your package from damage, loss, or theft.

You may return your online order to any store location or ship it back to:

There is a prepaid return shipping label included in your shipment. If you use this label, $10 will be deducted from your refund or store credit. You may also use your own label from an insured carrier (FedEx, USPS, UPS). 

Sales Tax

Please note that sales tax will be applied to customers residing in North Carolina.

Disclaimer

We are a small business and many of our items are in limited quantities, so we may occasionally sell out of an item. If this happens, we will notify you via email. Please also be aware that your order may be shipped in more than one package. If this happens, you will receive multiple tracking numbers in your email.
