We’re happy to offer FREE in-store pickup for your convenience! Just choose the Ship to Store location at check out. Your order will ship from our warehouse and will be ready for pick up in 1-3 business days. Please review our policy to ensure a smooth pick up experience.

Your order will be fulfilled or shipped the next business day, unless that day is a Holiday. Orders placed Saturday and Sunday will be fulfilled or shipped on Monday. Once your order has shipped or is ready for pick up, you will receive a notification email and shipment tracking information. PLEASE NOTE for in-store and curbside pick up, your order is not ready until you receive the notification email (not the order confirmation email). Boem is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.Â
Returns postmarked (or returned to Boem) within 7 days from the date you receive your order qualify for a refund. Returns postmarked (or returned to Boem) within 14 days of the date you receive your order qualify for a merchandise credit. After 14 days, items are ineligible for return or exchange. We have enclosed a prepaid return shipping label. If you use this label, $8 will be deducted from your refund/store credit. You may also use your own label from an insured carrier (FedEx, USPS, UPS). Boem is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
Returns must be received unwashed, unworn and in new condition with the tags attached. Home décor items must be returned in their original packaging. Shoes must be unworn and returned in their original box and placed inside an additional protective shipping box. If any of the above requirements are not met, the item is ineligible for return and will be shipped back to you, and you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Damages must be reported within 3 days of receiving merchandise. SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.
Refunds are processed within 3 business days of receiving your return, although some banking institutions take up to 10 business days to refund the money to your account once we have processed it on our end. For purchases made online and picked up in store, you have 7 days from date of purchase to return for a refund and 14 days from date of purchase to exchange for a store credit.
Please note that sales tax will be applied to customers residing in North Carolina.
We are a small business and many of our items are in limited quantities, so we may occasionally sell out of an item. If this happens, we will notify you via email. Please also be aware that your order may be shipped in more than one package. If this happens, you will receive multiple tracking numbers in your email.
