    How do I join Boem Besties?
    Joining is free and automatic. Simply create an account or shop with us using your email, and you’ll start earning points right away.

    Where can I use my rewards?
    Rewards can be redeemed both in-store and online.

    How do I earn points?
    You earn 1 point for every $1 spent at Boem. You can also earn bonus points by following us on social media and on your birthday.

    When do my points show up?
    Points from purchases are typically added to your account shortly after checkout.

    I can't find my points - where did they go?
    Points are tracked by your email address, so if you use a different or new email to check out, those points will be under the new account. If you still can't find your points, email us at hello@shopboem.com and we are happy to help.

    Can I stack rewards?
    No — only one reward can be used per transaction.

    Do my points ever expire?
    Yes. Points expire 12 months after they’re earned, so we recommend redeeming them regularly.

    Can I combine points to get multiple rewards?
    Points can be redeemed at any reward level you qualify for, but only one reward per transaction may be used. Example: If you have 1,500 points, you can choose either $10 off (500 points) or $20 off (1,000 points).

    Can I use rewards on sale items?
    Yes! Rewards can be used on any purchase.

    What happens if I return an item?
    If an item is returned, the points earned from that purchase will be removed from your account. If a reward was used, the discount value will not be refunded.
